About Me:

Liz Weaver is with Vibrant Communities Canada providing coaching, leadership and support to community partners. She helps initiatives develop frameworks of change, supports and guides their projects and connects them to Vibrant Communities and other comprehensive community collaborations. Prior to this, she was the Director of the Hamilton Roundtable on Poverty Reduction, which was recognized with the 2009 Canadian Urban Institute’s David Crombie Leadership Award.
